If you are not satisfied with your product choice, please return with postmark date within 7 days including your original receipt and receive a full credit towards another product. To return your products for exchange, place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice and send it to us. If you don't have your original invoice, make sure to include your name and shipping address as you believe it appeared on the invoice. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method such as USPS. Include your packing slip or a copy of your receipt. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, which includes processing your order right away. In most cases, we are able to ship your order within 3 days of payment. If there is going to be any delay with your order, we will notify you immediately.

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. For small orders, we recommend USPS First Class or Priority Flat Rate shipping. For larger orders, FedEx provides the best solution. If you need faster service, USPS Express Mail and several FedEx options are available. You’ll have an opportunity to select the shipping option that best suits your needs as you proceed through our checkout process.

For international shipments, including Canada, we use USPS Priority International. If you’d prefer to use FedEx, we’d be happy to arrange that as well. Please call us for international shipping quotes. To all international customers, it is your responsibility to be aware of and pay for all customs charges and taxes that might be assessed on the shipment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB credit cards, as well as Visa and Mastercard debit cards for payment. If using a Kula Marketplace gift certificate for payment, please refer to the Gift Certificates section below. If you pay by credit card, your card will be charged when we send the order to shipping. If you pay by debit card, please be aware that your bank will immediately hold the funds for your order at the time of authorization as a 'pending debit'. Once the order is sent to the warehouse, your debit card will be charged. If you have any questions or concerns about charges to your credit or debit card, please contact us.

Gift Cards can be ordered in any denomination and are mailed with your order or via USPS. Discount coupons or promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card.

Gift cards may be used to purchase items online or in our Kula store. To use online, add items to your shopping cart and check out. When asked for payment, you'll have the opportunity to enter your Gift Card code. If your order is for less than the Gift Card amount, you can use the remainder of the during subsequent shopping visits (please retain your gift code for future use). If your order total is higher than the Gift Card amount, you will need to provide an additional form of payment for the amount exceeding the Gift Card.

Sales tax will be charged on taxable items for shipments delivered to Hawaii addresses or delivered to addresses outside Hawaii if the credit card bill-to address is in Hawaii.
